Planning the Future: Saukville Community Food Pantry is a graduate capstone project that develops a strategic roadmap to support the Pantry's continued growth and expanded community impact in Ozaukee County. Grounded in poverty and food insecurity analysis, stakeholder engagement, and case study research, the project identifies operational challenges related to limited space, access, and service capacity. It advances a comprehensive set of recommendations focused on facility expansion into a new site, improved transportation and accessibility, enhanced programming and partnerships, and a cohesive rebranding strategy to better reflect the Pantry's evolving role. Together, these strategies provide a practical, phased plan to increase service reach, strengthen organizational capacity, and ensure long-term sustainability while meeting the needs of a growing and diverse population.
