    Abstract
    In their 2025 interview with Edwin Thomas, Lachrista Greco, Jamie Gratrix, and Lindsey Hoff discuss their administrative roles in UW-Madison’s Gender & Women’s Studies (GWS) Department. Greco has served as the undergraduate advisor since 2022; Hoff has served as administrative operations coordinator since 2025; and Gratrix has served as department administrator since 2021. They each discuss what prompted their initial interest in the GWS field, along with how UW-Madison’s GWS department has evolved and their hopes for its future. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the GWS @ 50 Oral History Project of the UW-Madison Archives & Records Management oral history collection.
