Description
Bonnie Duchac graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1973 with a B.S. in Home Economics Education and a B.S. in Clothing Textiles & Design with emphasis in Adult Education and Avocational Educational Interests. After her graduation, Bonnie Duchac worked as a Family & Consumer Education teacher at Elcho Junior High School and Elcho High School in Elcho, Wisconsin from 1973-1974. From 1974-2009, she worked as a Family & Consumer Education teacher at Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, where she developed a new Occupational Food Service program. In 1982, she received her M.S. in Home Economics Education from UW-Stevens Point. She retired from teaching in 2009 and has since been a member of the Family, Career & Community Leaders of America Foundation Board.
