    Abstract
    In her June 2022 interview, Academic Staff Award winner Dale Wilson describes her career path that brought her to UW-Madison, as well as her current position as a Research Services Manager and the kind of work and research she is interested in. Wilson then describes what a typical day looks like for her position and some of the major impacts that technology changes and the Covid pandemic brought to her position. Finally, Wilson talks about the relationships between UW faculty and staff, as well as winning an Academic Staff Award. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the Academic Staff Award Winners Oral History project of the UW-Madison Archives & Records Management oral history collection.
