    Abstract
    Nowadays, under the development of globalization, English gradually became a Lingua Franca in the world. It has become the most widely used language in the world. Many countries set English lessons for students. As there are so many English students, but the number of native speakers is limited compared with that of English learners. Many English teachers are non-native English teachers. People tend to have prejudice against non-native English teachers. It seems that they are not professional. Is it true? What are the teaching outcomes of native and non-native English teachers? How do students perceive them? What specific differences do they have? What can we do to face them? What can we do to balance the prejudice? What adjustment can we do to better implement English Education, especially in China? This thesis will study the differences between native and non-native English teachers from several common aspects, investigating their disadvantages and strengths, in order to getting some Education inspirations from different angles. This paper will get the data from library research. It will investigate former researched at home and at abroad.
