Honey-glazed meatballs are a popular dish
enjoyed globally, but their preparation requires
careful handling to ensure food safety and quality.
This project targets the identification, evaluation,
and control of potential hazards that could
compromise the final product. Key steps included
identifying potential hazards, establishing critical
control points, and implementing monitoring
procedures. The plan thoroughly analyzes each
step involved, encompassing receiving
ingredients, grinding meat, mixing spices, forming
meatballs, cooking, glazing, packaging and
distribution. The plan also included corrective
actions, verification procedures, and recordkeeping.
Implementation of this HACCP plan will
help to minimize food safety risks and ensure
consistent quality in Honey Glazed Meatballs
production.
