    Abstract
It was the intent of this project to analyze and deconstruct how Germany navigates the international system using non-conventional soft-power and diplomatic strategies. Through an examination of German history, a comparison to traditional militaristic states, specifically France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and an analysis of German diplomatic trends it was posited that Germany would be the driving force behind a shift in the modus operandi of the international system.
