Clean Boats Clean Waters was established in 2004, by a group of young students from northern Wisconsin. The organization was founded to slow down the spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS) throughout northern Wisconsin lakes. CBCW employs interns to monitor boat landings, checking for invasives on incoming and outgoing boats, as well as asking boaters survey questions.en_US
