    Abstract
Starting in 1971, the founder, John Pfefferle, created Pfefferle Realtors. Present day, the company is known as Pfefferle Property Management, and the company is one of Wisconsin’s largest in the commercial and residential property management industry: Manages over 13 million square feet. More than 200 commercial properties and 1,500 tenants. Operates in 40 cities throughout the state of Wisconsin. Our team was allowed to analyze Pfefferle Property Management in their processes and identify issues the company may have that can lower their competitiveness.
