    Abstract
    Final Report submitted to USDA-NRCS in fulfillment of the requirements of Conservation Innovation Grant Project #69-3A75-17-17, Improving Nutrient Management Plan Implementation by Integrating Pollution and General Liability Insurance-Based Incentives. This project created/updated and evaluated a multi-state training curriculum for professional manure applicators, and partnered with the insurance industry to provide premium discounts of 7%-38% for participating manure applicators. The project report also includes information on the 590-D CSP Enhancement that was developed as part of the project, and training impact evaluation data
