    Abstract
Company XYZ was looking for ways that the organization could expand the workforce and make modifications or adaptations to existing training to accommodate individuals with visual impairment, hearing impairment, and intellectual disabilities. Different resources were looked at concerning learning more about what intellectual disabilities, visual impairment, and hearing impairment were along with what some researchers found were accommodations that were used for these different disabilities. Though most of the examples were based on the classroom setting they can correlate with the workplace. It was found that some different accommodations or modifications can be made to make the workplace more inclusive for individuals with disabilities. The literature review touched on different training methods that are used by companies or organizations along with a summary of the methods. After learning which modifications can be made and the different types of training used, it was important to learn more about the different ways that employees can be retained for the long-term success of the organization.
