    Abstract
This research project aimed to investigate the potential benefits of implementing innovative technology solutions, specifically SAP technology and radio frequency (RF) scanning hardware, to enhance product distribution performance at Terumo Medical Corporation. The focus of the study was to assess the sustainable business advantages of these technologies, including increased efficiency, reduced waste, and minimized environmental impact. The study was structured around several key project questions. First, it examined how SAP technology and RF scanning hardware could be effectively utilized to optimize Terumo Medical's distribution operations processes. Second, it explored the attainability of volume scalability through the implementation of these technologies. Third, it sought to identify ways to enhance order picking productivity. Additionally, the study delved into how the integration of SAP and RF technology could positively influence inventory accuracy and employee morale. The study's findings revealed significant positive impacts of SAP technology and RF scanning hardware implementation on Terumo Medical's product distribution performance. These included improved operational efficiency, waste reduction, increased scalability to manage larger volumes, and enhanced employee morale with higher job satisfaction due to the user-friendliness of the new systems. In conclusion, this research highlights the substantial benefits of adopting SAP technology and RF scanning hardware in product distribution operations. These advantages encompass increased efficiency, scalability, and sustainability, as well as improved employee morale and inventory accuracy. The study underscores the significance of considering stainable business practices when implementing innovative technology solutions and how such practices can positively impact the environment and the organization as a whole.
