    Abstract
Our research team interviewed the leaders of 19 nonprofit organizations based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for a community needs assessment. Most of our interviews took place in late 2020 into early 2021, during a time of stay-at-home orders, business and organization closures, and other measures to reduce the spread of the coronavirus. This study presents the perspectives of nonprofit organization leaders related to the effects that the COVID-19 pandemic had on their organizations and their capacity to fulfill their missions in Eau Claire and surrounding areas.
