Abstract
In his six February-May 2009 interviews with Bob Lange, Jeremi Suri discusses his education and his work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Suri related details of his upbringing in New York City, reasons for his interest in international diplomacy, and major influences on his thinking. He then goes on to explain how he arrived at Madison, his major projects, and his teaching and service at the university. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the UW-Madison Archives and Records Management Oral History Program.
