Oral History Interview, Gerald Thain (1881)
Abstract
During Grandparents University, Renewable Energy Studies Major, Zack Thain, age 14, interviews his grandfather, Gerald Thain, about how his relationship with energy has changed since his childhood. Gerald shares his thoughts on the development of different forms of renewable energy and his hopes for Zack’s generation to make use of them. This interview was collected in collaboration with the Wisconsin Energy Institute (WEI) and is housed within the Oral History Program at the UW-Madison Archives.
