Abstract
Progress was ade during this quarter on (1) collection and culturing of test organisms, (2)
development of an invertebrate and fish bioassay facility for sediments, (3) preparation for
sediment mutagenicity assays (Ames Tests), (4) analysis of benthic macrofaunal community samples
from the Fox River and Green Bay sediments, (5) methods development for analysis of organic
