    Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine Health Information Technology students’ perceptions of the availability of online academic learning and support services at Fox Valley Technical College as the program transitions from a hybrid format to fully online. The study also determined students’ perceptions of online compressed course offerings in comparison to online courses that ran an entire semester length. Health Information Technology students enrolled in the program and recent graduates were participants in the study in the fall of 2022. The objectives of the study were to identify the students’ perceptions and awareness of online academic learning and support services as well as whether courses were feasible in a compressed format. The results of the study helped to determine areas for improvement in compressed course offerings. The data results also identified how and where resources could be placed in the learning management system for all students in the Health Information Technology program. The findings of the survey also assisted in addressing how the online compressed course offerings affected program completion time for students enrolled in the Health Information Technology program.
