Abstract
In her two 2010 interviews with Linda Lenzke, Lynette Margulies shares the story of how she found her way to Madison and the different challenges and opportunities she’d encountered playing and performing in Madison’s musical scene. She shared her recollections of what it was like for an orthodox Jewish girl to come out in 1970s Madison and related how her choices had affected her and her relationships. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the UW-Madison Oral History Program.
