    Abstract
The objective of the project was to understand the impacts of the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) on the unit level supply sergeants in the Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG). To accomplish the goal, the researcher focused on developing flowcharts for each of the key processes the unit supply sergeant used the GCSS-Army system to perform and conducted a job analysis of the time requirements. The study also analyzed the time differences between the six major subordinate commands (MSCs) in the WIARNG to better understand where standardization and additional training was needed and identify areas for future potential efficiencies.
