    Abstract
This research was conducted to evaluate and develop Company XYZ’s remote work policies. A literature review was completed to gain insight on flexible working arrangements and the impact those have on the employee and their organization. A formal program for Company XYZ was developed to create a stable environment for remote workers. By creating this program, Company XYZ will also create five new positions that will support remote and hybrid workers across the organization. Recommendations were made to implement this program at Company XYZ, how to do so, and details on how to sustain this into the future.
