Abstract
Chris Taylor, state assemblywoman, discussed her thoughts about the 2016 election, her involvement, and her thoughts about the future in an oral history interview. She talked about how she got involved in politics after Walker's first budget and Act 10, her job leading up to the 2016 election, how she felt the night of the election, and why she believes Americans turned in favor of Donald Trump and the republican party, specifically in Wisconsin. This interview was conducted for the "Election 2016" series within the UW-Madison Oral History Program's collection.
