Abstract
A tape recording of the dedication ceremony of the new Stout Library Learning Center held on April 24, 1982. UW System President, Robert M. O'Neil, gave the main address with Representative Richard Shoemaker presenting the building to Chancellor Robert S. Swanson. Also includes the presentation of the UW System President's Student Government Award to the Stout Student Association.
