| dc.description.abstract | This tape recorded interview with Christine Klatt, conducted by Shirley Mans in Oct. of 1989, took place in Ms. Mans' car as they drove from Menomonie to southern Dunn County. During the course of the drive, Ms. Klatt discusses many of the people and buildings that were at one time located in such areas as Downsville, Dunnville, and Waubeek. Ms. Klatt has been a resident of Dunn County since 1900. At the time of the interview she was celebrating her 100th birthday. | en_US |
