In his December interview, Thomas Brock talks about the start of the Lakeshore Nature Preserve from when it was just him and his wife deciding to move a tree branch from a trail to the substantial funding it gets from the university today. He dives into some logistics, the process of creating a committee, and how it became the Lakeshore Nature Preserve.
