    Abstract
    Tape recorded interview conducted on May 16, 1980 by Myrtis Whydotski of the University of Wisconsin-Stout Oral History Program with Charlotte Rose, Home Economics Professor in the Management and Hospitality Area at the University of Wisconsin-Stout at her home in Menomonie, Wisconsin. The interview focused largely on the Home Management program and Home Management Houses at Stout. Discussion also involves later use of the Home Management Houses, work involving the elderly, Gladys Trullinger, and some Hotel and Restaurant Management courses.
