Knute L. Rue Interview

Abstract

A tape recorded interview of K.L. Rue conducted in June 1976 by Ray Barello. Mr. Rue spent nearly fifty years in the field of education, nineteen of which were at Stout teaching physics and mathematics during the period 1957-1976. The interview includes discussion of his early career, his teaching of mathematics and physics, TAUWF, the Faculty Senate, the Stout Foundation, Bowman Hall, Jarvis Hall, and teaching innovations and methodology.
