    Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the Steering Housing Internal Cell process at Company XYZ and to determine the magnitude of the associated ergonomic stressors to which the employees were exposed. This study intended to quantify the ergonomic stressors levels that presented during the Steering Housing Internal Cell process. Theergonomic assessment tools were utilized in this study to analyze the extent of ergonomic stressors present within the Steering Housing Internal Cell including the Humantech Whole-Body Assessment, the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment, and the Great American Insurance Company Ergonomic Task Assessment. The collected data was accurately analyzed to identify the ergonomic stressors of body postures, force, repetition, and duration.
