This study’s purpose was to bring clarity to these current challengesand identify a solutionforschool sustainability. Stakeholder input along with research on theBalancedScorecard™, indicates this study has the potential to produce strong and positivechange withintheCatholic School’soperations andbring a necessarybalance betweenfinancial, customer, internal functions and externaloutcomes, and learning and growth perspectives. Challenges will continue to exist for the Catholic School as trends and demographics are always changing. The Balanced Scorecard™ can adapt to these changes, allowing the Catholic School to continue offering a Catholic educational opportunity to parents and students.
