This study investigated the current financial and operationalstruggles of Ss. Andrew-Thomas Catholic School that is endangering the school’s future existence. This study’s purpose was to bring clarity to these current challengesand identify a solutionforschool sustainability. Stakeholder input along with research on theBalancedScorecard™, indicates this study has the potential to produce strong and positivechange withintheCatholic School’soperations andbring a necessarybalance betweenfinancial, customer, internal functions and externaloutcomes, and learning and growth perspectives. Challenges will continue to exist for the Catholic School as trends and demographics are always changing. The Balanced Scorecard™ can adapt to these changes, allowing the Catholic School to continue offering a Catholic educational opportunity to parents and students. This study brought forth a collaborated Church, school, and community effort that emphasized the pride this small Catholic School brings to a community committed to many more years of Catholic education.
