Description
The INELEC Project was founded by the World Bank to establish the Institute of Electronics and Electricity in Bourmedes, Algeria. Stout's participation in the project involved the Library Learning Center in establishing a technical library, and the School of Industry and Technology in establishing a plastics program and providing consultation regarding teaching technology.
