dc.descriptionNelva Runnalls was born February 28, 1930 in Omaha, Nebraska. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1963 from Mankato State University and her Ph.D. in nuclear chemistry from the University of Missouri at Columbia. She joined the chemistry department at Stout in 1966. At the time of her death on March 5, 1989, she was Dean for Curriculum, Research and Graduate Studies.en_US
