    Description
    Charles Thomas was born in Menomonie, Wisconsin in 1923. He received a B.S. and M.S. from Stout and his Ed.D. from the University of Northern Colorado. Before joining the faculty at Stout, Thomas taught 10 years at Northern Illinois University. At Stout he taught courses in graphic arts, public relation, aerospace education, issues in industrial education, and communications. He retired in 1985 and was granted emeritus status that same year.
