    The different effects between the piece-rate payment and the hourly payment in China canned food company

    Abstract
    Safety management program is developed long times in some manufacturing company. Some of the company provide safety management to all employee. Safety management skill and technology is developing with developing of technology and science. This paper is a draft about how different payment may influence safety management in canned food industry in China. This paper used survey for data collection, total 500 survey was distributed, and 220 surveys collect. The statics shows that different payment system will influence safety system performance through training and worker method. The injury rate of workers who paid by piece-rate payment are higher than workers who paid by hour. The worker paid by salary have lowest injury rate than hourly paid workers. This paper also gives future research a picture of how difficult that canned food industry is facing. Such as training non-efficacy, safety program adaptation.
