Station. It outlines each stage of development
from beginning to end. It is a comprehensive
communication plan. In any communication plan
five main points must be addressed. They are
purpose, message, who will receive the message,
how the message will be communicated and when
the communication will take place. This may
be put into simpler terms as the questions Why,
What, Who, How, and When. Certain sections of
this plan have been included in answer to these
