    Abstract
    One of the greatest barriers to effective e-security are the human and organizational factors that contribute to and cause the technical and social vulnerabilities of an organization's computer and information system. The purpose of this report was to explore the most critical factors, adn to examine best practices in attempt to relieve or solve these problems.
