Winning Personality : President Harvey Schofield, the Eau Claire State Teachers College, and the Great Depression

Abstract

Harvey A. Schofield was the president of the Eau Claire State Teachers' College (now the University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire) during the Great Depression. The purpose of this study was to commemorate Schofield's memory and celebrate his achievements in helping to make the University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire what it is today, in light of the upcoming centennial.
