| dc.description | In her 2010 interview with Emma Schroeder, Terry Egan shares her memories about the Eagle Heights Community Garden from 1979 to 1984. Egan remembers the gardens as a ?community project.? The Community Garden was the first time Egan had ever gardened. Egan details his duties on the Eagle Heights committee board, the committee meetings, controversies that arose with garden plots and between neighbors, rules governing the growth of certain crops/plants, successes growing a variety of crops, international residents participating in the gardens, and writing for the Eagle Heights newsletter. | en |
