    Abstract
    This study determined the effects a season of cross-country training had on body composition, maxVO2, total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and the TC/HDL ratio of 43 runners (X = 19.8 yrs)from UW-La Crosse cross-country team.
