Abstract

There are very few published studies about the prevalence of Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in Ecuador. Nasal swabs collected at a hospital in the Loja province were brought back to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire to be analyzed for MRSA.
