    Abstract
The kicking game in football is a skill area that coaches have neglected since the inception of the game. Recently however, there has been an increased interest in the improvement of the teaching and coaching methods related to the skills of the centering, holding, and placekicking. The lack of good instructional material and the necessity for the improvement of the teaching and coaching methods have prompted the development of this multi-media instructional package. This instructional package consists of an 11 minute, 16mm, silent, color film and a supplementary individualized instructional booklet, both titled: THE COACHES EDGE TO WINNING ? THE KICKING GAME. This multi-media package provides necessary coaching materials to teach and learn the fundamental skills and drills of the kicking game.
