    Abstract
This study investigated, by means of a self-report questionnaire, plans and expectations held by graduating international students at the University of Houston regarding re-entry to their home countries following the completion of their academic degrees. Reasons for coming to the United States were also examined, and a comparison was made among three groups of international students as to their interests and intentions of re-entry.
