    Abstract
Some economic researchers have concluded that labor market discrimination against women in the U.S. has been declining since the 1970s. However, Dr. Schaffer's previous research suggested otherwise. Our research, using a different set of statistical techniques and an enormous database supports the idea of continuing labor market discrimination.
