    Description
    This report assesses the environmental, economic, and regulatory factors that form the policy context for aquatic invasive species management in the City of Milwaukee. The report develops general goals and guidelines for effective AIS policy, paying close attention to the critical role of the Port of Milwaukee in the city?s economy. The authors present strategies for Milwaukee to protect the Great Lakes ecosystem and the city?s economic well-being.
