Through the review of literature, it suggests that if transformation of thinking has occurred, the learning will be transferred to life situations and become embedded in practice. Through this case study, the researcher collected data through daily focus group interviews and written daily critical incident questionnaires to find out if through attending a leadership workshop, transformation of thinking occurred. If it did indeed occur, how will it affect the way organization. The researcher then did a follow-up survey to investigate if they did actually put into practice their new knowledge.
