The purpose of this study was to focus on classroom management strategies that enhances the classroom teacher and students to be successful and thrive in the school environment. Preventing undesirable student behavior and focusing on actual steps that can be taken to manage student behavior were researched. This study specifically identified strategies that promote student learning and ways to guide student behavior. To promote a well-managed classroom, teachers must have clear ideas of the types of classroom conditions and student behaviors necessary for a productive learning atmosphere. Data was obtained from a public high school with an enrollment of 1518 students and 98 full-time educators, with 59 (60%) responding. The study was used to identify strengths and weaknesses in this high school pertaining to classroom management. Results of this study will be provided to the school administration for the purpose of analysis and possible implementation
