    Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived needs of the guidance department at Falls High School and to determine how the guidance services at the school can be improved. A 16-item survey was given to staff members and 11th and 12th grade students at the school. The results of the study confirm that both students and staff believe that their guidance program should include post-secondary and career preparation, individual and group counseling on personal and academic issues, and assistance in scholarship searches, credit checks and class selection
