dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and measure the impact of the Eau Claire Leadership program. A survey was administered to the Leadership Eau Claire alumni that reside in the Chippewa Valley. The respondents were asked to score their level of leadership in non-profit organizations before participating in Leadership Eau Claire and following their participation. The purpose of the second part of the survey was to measure the affect of Leadership Eau Claire on nine traits often used to describe effective leaders. Overall, the training transfers from the learning environment to the daily activities of the participants. The leadership skills were affected, but only moderately
