    Abstract
Marketing of training and development activities is a topic that is not often discussed. However, internal marketing is happening within businesses around the world. There are many ways that companies can market their training and development programs to their employees. This study looks at the practices of businesses in the Chippewa Valley by examining the marketing efforts in use and assessing which of these are current members in the Northwest Wisconsin Association of Training and Development (NW-ASTD) chapter to determine the use of marketing of training and development activities in Chippewa Valley businesses.
