This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness, content and delivery of the first web-based training product fielded by the Army Reserve Readiness Training Center (ARRTC). The Mobilization Overview Module was implemented for Unit Movement Officer Course (UMOC) students in March 2000 and has been completed by 450 students over a two-year period. One hundred forty five surveys were distributed and one hundred twenty three surveys were completed. Students were asked during the final day of the course to evaluate the Mobilization Overview Module in terms of navigation, content, interactivity, effectiveness and personal experiences. Statistical analysis of the results is provided, along with conclusions and recommendations for future distance learning efforts at the ARRTC.
