Abstract
This research paper is dedicated to my family – Patrick, Jake and Caitlin. Their continued support throughout my involvement in the graduate program is immensely appreciated. I couldn’t have done this without their love and encouragement. I also want to recognize those from NWTC who have been so helpful to me in completing this research paper.
