Abstract

The purpose of this field problem was to design and develop a Cash Register Training Program for the employees of Kaaps Old World Chocolate. The cash register receipt has shown an average shortage of $24.13 per day. The owner has requested a Cash Register Training Program to train all employees how to use the cash register properly.
